- Client Fees: There will be a one time setup fee of $75.00 per user. The monthly fee will be $50 per user.
- If the client has hosting set up on 3 computers, but only uses it on one at a time, they will be charged for one user.
- Firm Fees: The firm will be given one login with no monthly fees. There will be a $75 setup fee to cover the licenses. Additional logins will be $75 setup per user and $50 per month per user.
- Client pay is optional for hosting
- Add on software will be additional license fees
- Clients and firms must have QuickBooks licensing. RAS will provide all other licensing (Windows and such), automated backups, and remote printing software. These fees are for firms that are enrolled with RAS.
